We will be co-creating an event with the Rai Amsterdam. The Red Line project will take place on the 29th august at a festival location (grass, water and sand). The theme is Inspiration, an invite only event targeted at event and marcom decision makers companies and governmental organisations.
We created a new format to use tents like yurts or pipe and drape (circle) to set a relax and inspiring experience. And presented this story in visuals (more than 2 meter role)
Its starts with guys and girls from the Screensavers who take the people to our event space.
Phones are handed in
Scene 1
People enter the tent blindfolded (cotton fabric smells fresh like the washing that had been dried outside is held by two wooden pegs on the back of the head) are seated in 2 rows facing each other in between the 2 rows is a washing line
Guests are asked / whispered the one question
They take the blindfolds of and write their answer with a fabric pen on the cotton.
Scene 2 (same location)
An actrice walks on stage asking to hand in the washing and pegs. We have added a 10 minute theatre play to pass on the knowledge (the research report of 'how to make your event future proof, by studying gen. X &Y) instead of a Rai spokesperson presenting the traditional way, actors start a dialogue whilst hanging up the washing. The act is finished by sending the audience outside with their own blindfold or one that they feel connected with.
Outside they are being photographed with instant polaroids (Photonic.nl partner) to capture the shared experience.
Phones are picked-up and a visual notetaker is making a live sketch of the day.
The guys and girls from the Screensavers are standby to take the people to another inspiring place.
Poetry Jockeys and visual artist will make an impression of the day
